يتم تسليم الشحنات خلال 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل من تاريخ الطلب.

يُعد استلام الشحنة من شركة الشحن إقرارًا من العميل بأن الشحنة (الصندوق) سليمة وبحالة جيدة ولم يتم فتحها قبل الاستلام.

تُحتسب مدة الإرجاع والاستبدال من تاريخ الاستلام، ويجب الاحتفاظ بفاتورة الشراء المرفقة مع الشحنة.

في حال وجود خطأ في الطلب من قبل العميل، يتحمل العميل كامل رسوم الشحن (ذهابًا وإيابًا).

في حال وجود خطأ في الطلب من قبل متجر ستور للتجارة العامة
، يتحمل المتجر كامل رسوم الشحن (ذهابًا وإيابًا).

في حال عدم استلام الشحنة من قبل العميل وإعادتها من شركة الشحن، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن (ذهابًا وإيابًا). وفي حال طلب إعادة شحن الطلب مرة أخرى، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.

Shipments are delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the date of the order.

Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company constitutes acknowledgment by the customer that the package is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened prior to receipt.
