Shipping policy

Shipments are delivered from 2-4 business days from the date of the request

Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (the box) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.

The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt, and the purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be brought.

In the event that there is a mistake in the order on the part of the customer, the customer shall bear the full value of the freight (back and forth)

في حالة عدم استلام الشحنة من جانب العميل واستردادها من قبل شركة الشحن يتحمل العميل قيمة الشحن (ذهابًا وإيابًا) ، وإذا طلب العميل شحن المنتج مرة أخرى يتحمل العميل أجرة الشحن القيمة.
